SLD USER ACTIVITY / AUDIT FEATURE

1. Run view/admin/activity_migration.sql once on the production database.
2. Upload the admin folder files.
3. Open view/admin/user_activity.php from the admin sidebar.

The report uses existing created_by/updated_by and date fields for historical
attribution and also records future create/update actions in admin_activity_logs
for patched CRUD handlers.

Audit records are append-only; the activity report intentionally does not expose
edit/delete controls for audit events because changing the audit trail would
destroy its evidentiary value.

Tables with no created_by/updated_by columns cannot be historically attributed.
